Bereavement & Awarnesess Statement
In Memory of Aidan Taylor
Mental health is something that has touched our team in the most personal way possible.
As a family-run team, the loss of a son and brother to mental health struggles changed our lives forever. It is an experience no family should have to face, and one that opened our eyes to how silent these battles can be.
In motorsport, strength is often measured by performance, resilience, and the ability to keep going under pressure. But behind the helmets, behind the focus, and behind the determination, there can be struggles that are not always visible.
From this loss came a commitment to create something meaningful.
Mackenzie, who works within the team and whose father is one of its owners, founded Drive Out the Stigma to help challenge the silence that so often surrounds mental health. What began as personal grief has grown into a movement focused on encouraging conversation and support within the motorsport community.
Drive Out the Stigma is built on a simple message — it is okay not to be okay, and it is okay to talk.
Through our involvement in motorsport, we recognise the unique pressures faced by drivers, mechanics, engineers, and families. The demands of performance, financial strain, expectation, and constant intensity can take a toll that is rarely discussed.
As a team, we are proud to support this initiative and to stand behind its mission to push the stigma out of mental health one lap at a time.
Drive Out the Stigma aims to encourage open conversations within motorsport, support those who may be struggling behind the scenes, raise awareness of the impact mental health has on families, and connect people with guidance and support.
We are also proud to work alongside The Brotherhood, whose work provides understanding and support for families facing loss and difficult life challenges.
Our hope is to help build a culture within motorsport where strength is not defined by silence, but by the courage to speak.
Through this commitment, we aim to ensure that loss is not the end of the story, but the beginning of change.

Are You Facing a Tough Time? Need a Place to Talk?
We all go through rough patches, and sometimes it’s hard to find a place where we can truly open up. Men need other men to talk to—a space where they can vent, share their struggles, and feel supported without judgment
